Job Description
- Daily coordination with the Quest Coworking admin staff for day to day activities eg. booking meeting rooms.
- Handle daily office correspondence and respond to emails from Clients, Queries from employees, etc.
- Attend to employee requirements and liaison with outsourced finance team on various issue.
- Supervise HRMS portal with respect to attendance and leave record.
- Develop a good rapport with Client to communicate with them separately on outstanding, sending invoices and handle other queries raised by them on GST etc.
- Guide and interact with staff on regular basis.
- Assist in communications and liaison with Government bodies.
- Maintain records of the important documents, employee records and all other important records.
- Be a point of contact for the Company Auditors and Finance Team.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain records, database system and maintain petty cash. File, scan and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Be available on phone to Employees and Senior Management.
- Handle banking work as and when required.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and other billing work.
Requisites:
• The candidate should have strong communication skills and be proficient in English. Ability to correspond directly with Clients, Vendors , Government officials and employees.
• Knowledge of Finance to handle Petty Cash, Banking and follow up on outstanding.
• Expertise in office administration and Government compliance.
• Ability to handle HR functions beginning from coordinating interview schedules to onboarding the candidate in the office.
Qualification:
Preferred Graduate Arts/Commerce with knowledge of Word, Excel and Power point and basic knowledge of Finance. Knowledge of Tally will be preferred.
