Preferred qualification Chartered Accountant [C.A.]
Candidate should have experience in the field of Finance, Fund Raising, Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liaisoning with Banks, raising funds - Working Capital, Term loan, Project Finance with banks and government institutes
Knowledge of foreign fund raising on competitive interest rates
Preparing project reports, CMA, projections
Knowledge of international financial instruments, P/ E funding will be beneficial
Managing combined fund flow of India and Overseas operations
Should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and government financial institutions.Knowledge of Raising Funds through IPO will be an advantage,
