Leading the way in Accounting / Costing – Day to day Accounting, Vendor invoice, customer invoice, scrap invoice accounting, Debit note, credit note, Engineering services invoice raising and accounting, forex accounting, IGAAP to IFRS accounting.
Bank reconciliation, Fixed asset accounting, inventory valuation, costing of engine
1. Finance / Treasury – Cash flow working. Payment to vendors, collection of funds / invoices.
2. Reporting – monthly reporting of financials to MAN ES in Arcplan, VOKUS. Monthly MIS to local department heads, waterfall analysis, GTC, Overhead reporting, order intake, Reporting of production hours, production report. Rolling forecast & UPL Planning, Inventory analysis, receivable liquidation
3. Taxation – Direct Tax – Withholding tax, various years’ assessment hearing, appeals.
Indirect Tax – VAT assessment, GST, Custom Duty,
4. Audits – Managing the Statutory audit of the location, tax audit & cost audit.
5. Internal Control / Compliance – Implement and sustain the strong control mechanism. Manage Internal audits from Group Internal audit team as well as the external agency as statutory requirement.
6. Treasury :
Managing the funds. Co-coordinating with banks and complying to Group treasury requirements
7. Plant Controlling – Inventory management and costing.
8. Compliance to various regulations like GST, FEMA & RBI regulations.
Preparation of the balance sheet of the organization, costing, budget and forecasting and contracts.
Maintain relationship with Internal and statutory auditor and implement findings if any, Liaising and negotiating with banks
You can help us with these qualifications:
· Chartered Accountant (CA)
Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience. Should have prior working experience with any large European Multinational Manufacturing business. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience handling plant controlling as a lead.
Demonstrated application approach in previous career
· Exposure to matrix organization & SAP R/3
· In depth knowledge of Accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
· Complex analytical and problem solving skills
· Uncompromising integrity and ethical standard
