Finance Controller - MNC - Bangalore
Must have's ;
- Chartered Accountant
- 8-12 years experience ( not more )
- International market exposure ( handled other geographies from India )
Financial Controller will lead the global accounts and controlling team including the financial accounting, treasury, payroll, audits, statutory reporting & controlling.
He/she will be responsible for managing and and developing the overall accounts and controlling team.
He/she will work closely with our international accounts manager and financial controller to deliver accurate financial accounts & data as well as to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax requirements.
Experience of successfully leading a team through the annual statutory reporting and audit process
Experience of developing policies and procedures which create a sound financial environment
Excellent analytical skills and precision
Excellent mastery of excel / near sheets
Good business sense and ability to smell check numbers
Ability to deliver strong results, Excellent mastery of English and communication skills, Highest quality standards
Excellent people management skills
