• JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Finance Manager is to ensure financial administration with liquidity management and integrity of the general ledger to deliver timely, accurate and complete financial reports by organising the running of an efficient, compliant financial management including GDPR, FCRA & Audits in the MSF Liaison Office, MSF India (Section 8) & Sri Lankan entity, in accordance with MSF guidelines and protocols, International Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Indian legislation
• KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
General Finance Responsibilities
• Initiation, review, development and implementation of Finance Guidelines and processes for the finance function with a strong focus on compliances and controls
• Monthly Finance dashboard
• Represent MSF to external agencies including: Banks, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Government offices including direct Liaising, other MSF offices, etc.
• Take on duties of Finance Team when specifically appointed.
• Take on internal and external responsibilities as per authorization table and as required from time to time by HOD / GD.
• Any other task assigned as may be assigned by HOD.
• Statutory Audit of all Legal entities as per requirement of the Law of the country
• Development & Review of all MIS reports prepared for Board of Directors, MT & HQ
• Preparation & review of all HQ Reports on a periodical basis
• Preparation of all Annual Reports like AP, MYR, RSA & 12M & BCR
• Monitoring & Review of all Compliances for all three legal entities12. Make sure that all Payments are processed in time
• Cash Flow Management for all three entities
• Manipur Project & Transition Management

Financial Dimension
• Finalising Organizational Budget in coordination with all the departments for Management Approval
• Maintain smooth banking relationship
Other Dimensions
• Supervision of 2-4 staff
• Responsible for all Compliances, ROC, GDPR, SL-CLG, LO office & Risk Management.
• Management and administration of multiple statutes including Companies Act, CSR, Income Tax Act, FCRA, Banking, GST , GDPR for all the legal entities of India & Sri Lanka
• Interaction with Lawyers & Consultants
• Coordination with HQ & other MSG offices as per requirement
Requirements Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
• Mandatory CA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification Accounting, Finance & Compliances experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience and understanding of organizational issues and (team) dynamics
• Finance & Compliance experience, Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office, Financial Packages like Tally/similar applications
• Experience in similar organisation is plus

• Good knowledge of Finance & Compliances.
• High level of integrity and sound judgment.
• Good knowledge and experience of the Indian context (financial and legal aspects).

• Annual Salary/CTC (before all the statutory deductions): INR 2,254,880 – INR 2,538,014 (non- negotiable)
