Job Description
1. Supervises all day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
2. Ensure the month-end & year end account closures.
3. Finalization of annual financial statements, schedules, and disclosure statements.
4. Supervises and directs the finance and accounting activities such as accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and fixed assets management.
5. Support CFO in his roles and responsibilities
6. Work directly with external and internal auditors during audits.
7. Review and approves the processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements and statutory payments.
8. Reviews monthly payroll expenses including F&F, bonus and performance variable) for payment processing.
+. Escalation Management related to all functions of finance and accounts.
10. Finalizing and implementation of finance and accounts procedures for smooth functioning of processes.
11. Ensures statutory compliances related to Direct and Indirect taxation, RBI filing and other tax matters.
12. Manages the cash flow of the company including intercompany fundings and banking relationships.
13. Exposure of working in accounting software including ERP systems.
14. Well versed in MS office.
15. Diligent in high level financial reporting and analysis.
16. Leadership and Team management experience.
