Dalberg Development Advisors is currently seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its Mumbai operation team as Coordinator - Finance, Asia. This is a full-time role and will report to the senior finance team members.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent functional skills in accounting and finance, leadership and change management capabilities to support this dynamic organization. You will be involved in making strategic decisions for the organization and responsible for providing insights to the leadership team on financial matters of the organization.
Typical Qualifications:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance.
• 3-5 Years of Exposure to Accounting in handling the company's accounts, audits, finance and related activities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AND HOW YOU WILL GROW
Key responsibilities include:
• Daily accounting operations finance of Asia offices (India, Singapore and recently set up Australia & Hongkong entities).
• Accounts Payable activities and related taxation: Vendor bills scrutiny, preparation of vendor vouchers, bills accounting, Payment Processing and disbursements, Vendor Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable related tax accounting (i.e. Input GST, TDS, etc.)
• Accounts Receivable activities and related taxation: Invoice preparation, Payment Collection and receipt accounting, Accounting of Debit / Credit Notes, Customer Account Reconciliation, AR-related tax accounting (i.e. Output GST, TDS etc.)
• Supporting the global team in completing Project accounting/Interoffice reconciliation/etc.
• Petty cash management and it's accounting.
• Credit Card bill processing and getting them approved by Partner/Associate Partners.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance. Support on: Monthly TDS computation and payment Monthly GST working and filing Annual transfer pricing compliance.
• Complete ownership of processing ERs (employee reimbursement), including claims verification and processing.
• Exposure to any ERP, preferably Quick Books or Maconomy.
• Attend to Statutory and Tax Auditors and their queries on data entry.
• Any ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
