We are a group of Data Subject Matter Experts providing high quality processes and expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.
Specific Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and IT - essential
• Advanced excel skills, and a high degree of IT literacy in general – essential
• Experience of accounting software such as SAP systems – essential
• Experience of working with master and reference data - desireable
What I'll be doing – your accountabilities?
Specific Job Requirements
• Coordinate and execute implementation of Finance Master Data to support Group / CFU / CU finance priorities, working across the Finance teams as required.
• Identify and implement ways to improve working processes within the area of responsibility.

• Finance processes and systems - You build and apply your understanding of the end-to-end process to which your own role contributes. You assess interdependencies across teams to coordinate with others.
• Financial controls, compliance and risk - You use standard audit and control techniques and tools. You analyse results against standards and create management reports on key metrics and risks.

You manage the collation and cleaning of data for
analysis. You make sure that the data is stored and
protected and is accessible for users.
Data validation
You apply a thorough understanding of data validity and
related risks to critically assess sophisticated business
analysis and ensure that conclusions have integrity

• Worked alongside colleagues to maintain master/reference Data
• Suggested and implemented process improvements
• Worked on ERP systems such as SAP
• Developed an internal network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role
• Resolved complex queries
• Advocating and applying technology where it has not been used previously
• Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of IT literacy in general
• Delivered results when the deliverables were unclear
• Tackled process/policy obstacles to delivery
