WCube Solutions is hiring for Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
• Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams and Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience of 1-4 years as a CA Finance with background of Chartered Accountant firm only
• BS/MA/ MCA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar)
