Job description:
Handling day to day accounts operations, financial analysis.
Preparation of monthly & quarterly MIS reports, Margin reports, Open jobs report, Ageing report.
Maintaining proper accounting records & reporting as per accounting standards.
Responsible for liaising with auditors, year-end closure of accounts.
Participate in streamlining and process improvement projects, enhancing the internal controls over accounting processes and systems.
Analysis for various divisions to present to the management.
Filling out forms for closed jobs for documentation and analysis purpose
Advance MS Excel knowledge mandatory.
Skillset
A strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Advance MS Excel knowledge mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in English and manage well at all levels of the organization is essential.
Attention to details & multi-tasking.
Can work on the time bound manner on deliverables.
Can display an attitude towards learning and taking ownership of the work.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Exercise integrity & confidentiality in financial reporting.
