Accounts Receivable Specialist: Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the Invoice to Cash process to ensure timely and accurate collections.
• Spearhead the automation of month-end close activities using tools such as Power Automate & VBA, reducing manual efforts and improving overall efficiency.
• Prepare and review Period-End Reports, including Bad Debt Reports and SOX controls.
• Oversee Intercompany Transactions, coordinating discussions between respective departments (Accounts Payable, General Accounting) to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead client calls, presenting monthly financial decks and reports.
• Utilize data analysis tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Design dashboards and automated reports, leveraging Power BI to reduce manual efforts and improve data presentation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounts receivable management, process improvements, and data analysis, with a proven ability to drive efficiencies in financial reporting and operations.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients. Leadership skills are also essential, with the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment
