Job Description
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and long-term goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Oversee the costing function, ensuring accurate costing of manufactured products including direct materials, labor, and overhead costs.
Implement cost control measures to optimize manufacturing costs and improve profitability.
Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for efficiency improvement in manufacturing processes.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws relevant to the manufacturing industry.
Coordinate and oversee the external audit process and financial statement preparation.
Identify and assess financial risks impacting the manufacturing operations and financial performance.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
