About the Role
We are hiring Finance Interns for our Finance Division.
The selected candidates will work on loan processing, DSA partnerships, and client financing activities. This is a practical, growth-oriented finance internship designed to help you learn real-world financial operations, DSA management, and client loan assistance.
Key Responsibilities
• Process loan applications for clients generated through our marketing and consultation channels.
• Assist in getting FlairList registered as a DSA/Channel Partner with leading Banks and NBFCs.
• Coordinate with financial institutions for loan eligibility, documentation, and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate client and loan records.
• Stay updated on new financial products and lending programs.
What We’re Looking For
• Basic understanding of finance, banking, or loan processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in building a long-term career in financial operations or fintech.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with responsibility.
Internship Details
• Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Pune)
• Duration: 2 Months Internship
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month
• Post-Internship Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates will be offered a full-time position with a fixed salary between ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month.
