About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Recording sales, vendor bills, vendor payments, bank deposits, bank transfers, credit card payments, and cash payments
• Handling all monthly general ledger (GL) reconciliations
• Making accurate monthly financial reporting
• Working on timely and accurate processing and payment of payroll and tax obligations
• Overseeing the finances of all companies and assisting with any queries when raised by the team
• Ensuring accuracy of the month-end figures
• Handling the final approval of payment, in conjunction with the department head, and instructing the payment officer accordingly
• Preparing budgets on time
