Finance Manager
We are a dynamic and fast-growing distribution services company. We require a qualified, versatile Finance Manger to join our team.
Reporting directly to the FD.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Daily usage of journals, ledgers, and financial processes.
• Inventory management
• Prepare Monthly MI, P&L and Cash Flow Forecast.
• Preparation and Filing of VAT return.
• Scrutinise all financial transactions for approval, accuracy and security.
• Managing client invoices & payments Follow up with clients who are overdue payment in the first instance.
• Management of sales ledger. Prepare monthly sales returns and annual projections with updated monthly actuals.
• Reconcile all bank statements ,AR, AP and monthly financial reports.
• Follow up and communication with Sales team, AR ,AP accounts etc
• Scrutinise, develop and improve methods. Focus on systems, productivity, and output.
• Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions.
• Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested.
• Managing & filing relevant documentation as requested.
Responsibilities
• Attend the monthly Management meeting and provide updated reports where requested.
• Maintain full situational awareness across all financial elements of projects.
• To actively input into the development of our corporate strategy.
• Promote the company’s vision and ownership of its values and strategic objectives.
• To carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Any other tasks as identified by the business need.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: DOE, Range –INR 6,00,000-INR 7,00,000 per year
Working: The desired candidate has to work as per UK working hours
2.30 pm to 10.30 pm
Person Spec: Qualified CA , CA Finalist or equivalent qualification
Experience: Financial Management: 3 years (preferred)
Skills:
• High level competency with Xero
• Having ability to learn and adapt to new technology/software quickly
• Competency with Inventory Management system desirable
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Analytical, forward thinker
• Can work effectively collaboratively and independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
