Working days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding every last Saturday of the months is week off)
Mandatory Requirement: CA with at least 1-3 years (post-articleship) of relevant experience.
Summary: - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join Thrillophilia. As the Assistant Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy and maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for managing books of accounts, financial statements, and compliances. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day company accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax laws (Filing of GST and TDS returns)
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing plans to improve profitability.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operation, to understand and manage the financial impact of their activities on the company.
Requirements:
• CA with at least 1-3 years (post-articleship) of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in using financial management software and tools
