Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Responsible for managing financial reporting process of Hotels in India and South Asia along with preparation and dissemination of Hotel KPIs, hotel budgeting and analysis. Supporting Senior Management with inputs on Financial and regulatory parameters to enable them take key financial decisions
• Assisting Senior Management and guiding hotels in annual budgeting & monthly forecasting exercise.
• Ensuring forecast accuracy is within acceptable norms seeking reasons for variances, tracking no significant variances in long term forecasting trends.
• Ensuring hotels are compliant with various major regulatory / taxation changes having ramifications on hotel operations. Develop and circulate memo /notes to guide hotels. Ensuring compliances through reviews.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
• Chartered Accountant / MBA with 3-6 years of experience, Experience in a Big Four accounting firm is preferred though not mandatory.
• Expert Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, USALI Direct & Indirect Taxes, data analysis, MIS etc.
• Knowledge of Macros / VBAs
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Is mandatory.
