Halswellhealth is a large and busy general medical practice located in southwest Ōtautahi Christchurch. We work from three locations - Ensign Street, Halswell, Caulfield Ave, Longhurst and Coupling Close, Prebbleton.
Located at Ensign Street and reporting through to the General Manager, the Finance Manager / HR Officer is a senior position that oversees the Finance function of the medical practice as well as completing contracts and contract variations for the team.
Duties Summarised as follows:
Debtor Management
Creditor Management
Financial Reporting
Payroll
Contract Management - Personnel
The role works closely with and is supported by the Finance Administrator.
We are seeking applications from suitably experienced applicants with demonstrated competencies in the above duties, strong attention to detail and understanding of HR legislation.
Experience with Xero accounting software is preferred. Experience fulfilling the duties summarised above in a medical practice is advantageous.
This position is permanent part time 20 hours per week.
