· 5+ Years of finance management experience.
· Proven financial modeling, budgeting & forecasting skills.
· Deep understanding of GAAP & financial analysis.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
· Financial software proficiency (Excel, ERP).
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
· Oversee the financial accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
· Prepare and manage the company budget and financial forecasts.
· Analyze financial data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
· Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
· Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
· Partner with other departments (e.g Sales, Operations) to translate financial data into actionable insights.
· Assist senior management in making strategic business decisions based on financial performance.
· Stay up-to-date on current accounting practices and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus) or Post-graduation/ MBA in Finance
