While a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intern qualification is preferred, candidates with 7-8+ years of relevant financial experience and a proven track record in financial management are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and interpret financial reports, advising managerial staff on actionable strategies.
• Recommend and oversee investment activities and strategic financial planning.
• Monitor and maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and performance metrics against business plans, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through regular reviews and evaluations.
• Lead finance department operations, setting goals and implementing robust frameworks.
• Oversee budget preparation and liaise with auditors for financial compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with company goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
