Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with exceptional communication skills to lead our financial operations and maintain strong financial controls. While a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intern qualification is preferred, candidates with 7-8+ years of relevant financial experience and a proven track record in financial management are also encouraged to apply. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and interpret financial reports, advising managerial staff on actionable strategies.
• Recommend and oversee investment activities and strategic financial planning.
• Monitor and maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and performance metrics against business plans, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through regular reviews and evaluations.
• Lead finance department operations, setting goals and implementing robust frameworks.
• Oversee budget preparation and liaise with auditors for financial compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intern qualification preferred, OR 7-8+ years of relevant financial experience with a strong background in financial management.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, with prior experience as a financial analyst being advantageous.
• Strong command of financial analysis, market trends, and finance software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership abilities to guide and enforce financial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, statutory legislation, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
