Job Description
This position will report to Vice President - Finance
Drive the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Keen analytic & problem-solving skills, which allow for strategic data analysis & interpretation.
Overseeing the Books, Accounts & Ledgers to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
_ Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act: -_
• Conduction Board, Committee, and General Meetings and ensuring secretarial compliances related to meetings.
• Execution and Maintaining of Secretarial documents such as Minutes, Agenda, Notices, Resolutions, Share Certificates,
• Preparation of Board Report and Annual Report of Company and Group Companies.
Ensuring that revenue & expenditures are consistently aligned with budgets and any variances are identified analyzed and reported timely.
Assisting in analyzing & validating the MIS & financial data and presenting reports in an accurate and
timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with laid down process & coordinating on Audit activities.
Assisting in periodic budgeting & and planning process.
Identifying, documenting the processes & bridging gaps.
Audit & Compliances.
Commitment to mentoring, and training the team, with acute foresight
Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience in effectively communicating key data.
Qualifications: -
A CA or CS or MBA with 5-8 years of work experience
Thorough knowledge of end-to-end accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small, multi-disciplined, fast-paced team environment
The ability to consistently deliver results with a quick turnaround
Strong spirit of innovation, self-starter, independent, and with ability to come up with solutions to meet business problems

Able to manage own hours, manage priorities and achieve scheduled deadlines
Proficient in English both verbal & written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
