Lead end-to-end finance operations and shape scalable processes
What you’ll do:
Lead month-end close, including journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting
Manage accounts payable, supplier payments, and statement reconciliations in Xero
Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with PAYG, superannuation and STP reporting
Perform weekly bank and payment reconciliations, including fintech related transactions
Maintain the general ledger, assist with BAS preparation, audits and regulatory reporting
Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects to drive business growth
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
5 + year’s experience in finance or accounting roles
Experienced in start-ups, fintech, financial services or technology
Exposure to payment platforms or high-volume transaction environments
