Key Responsibilities:
• Transaction Management: Oversee and manage asset finance transactions from initiation through to completion. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in asset finance operations.
• Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to asset finance transactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all asset finance activities comply with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. Prepare and review reports related to asset finance performance and transactions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all asset finance processes. Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of asset finance processes. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and changes in asset finance regulations. Provide insights and recommendations based on market developments.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with asset finance activities and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3years of experience in asset finance or a related field, with a proven track record in managing complex transactions and processes.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of asset finance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting.

Pay: ₹23,748.28 - ₹33,706.12 per month
