Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions and processes. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Aid in organizing and coordinating employee engagement and team-building activities.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employees' benefits-related queries.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant legal regulations.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
