Your role
CORE OWNERSHIPS
• Reporting into Financial Operations Manager & working alongside Senior Fin Ops Exec
• Purchase Order Matching
• Purchase Invoice Processing & Payments
• Staff Expense claim processing & payments
• Sales Invoicing
• Receipt / Payment allocations
Role Responsibilities
• Monthly processing of AP workflow cycle
• Capture & upload of Supplier Invoices with OCR Tool
• Purchase Order matching or data entry of supplier invoices
• Supplier Invoice & Order Query Management – Internal & External
• Reconciliation to supplier Account Statements
• Preparation of Supplier Payments within agreed deadlines
• Processing of Staff expense claims
• Online Bank Payment file preparation
• Credit Card charge review, allocation & reconciliations
• Sales Order review, leading to Sales Invoice generation & delivery
• Client Invoice & Sales Order Query Management – Internal & External
• Effective Cash Collection through Best Practice Credit Control procedures
• Debtor Statement distribution & Customer receipt allocation
• Daily Monitor of AP & AR team mailboxes
• Support Finance & Agency teams with Financial requests, training or Order workflow matters
Skills And Experience
• Previous experience within an AP/AR role for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting practices
• Degree or alternative Higher Education qualifications
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills and general tech savviness with systems
