Finance & Project Admin Leading banking client (consulting through FinXL)
FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
FinXL is seeking a Finance & Project Admin to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 6 months contract in Sydney or Brisbane.
Responsibilities
Support multiple large Finance Transformation projects in their day-to-day work
Input and monitor project financial data
Track invoicing, time sheets, and other project-related costs
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment
Key Skills & Experience
Extensive experience working as a Project Admin, Project Officer or similar role
Experience working on Finance Transformation projects
Experience of financial reporting and analysis
High level of attention to detail and keen interest in learning
Hands-on experience in PowerBI and MS Project
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Engagement Details
6 months+ contract with a leading banking client.
Hybrid working model with office presence in Sydney and Brisbane.
