As a Finance Transformation Leader, you will:
• Guide clients in modernizing their finance functions by collaborating with teams to establish vision, strategy, and key outcomes.
• Gain insight into client challenges and leverage leading practices to devise solutions for intricate business issues.
• Act as a Subject Matter Advisor for various projects, fostering business development efforts.
• Oversee risk management, project economics, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for deliverables.
• Build trust with leadership while encouraging innovation and supporting team development.
• Design strategies and frameworks incorporating advanced operating models and technologies to enhance operations and redefine workflows.
• Facilitate clients' digital transformations, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and growth while identifying key skills, data needs, and technologies.
• Discover contemporary technology and data solutions for clients, sharing industry best practices.
• Contribute to the growth of our practice by engaging in crucial business development activities.
• Stay informed on trends, technologies, and regulations shaping finance, analytics, and the CFO landscape.
• Drive incremental sales by leading responses to proposals with the appropriate teams.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in finance management consulting.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance operations, including Financial Close, External Reporting, and similar areas.
• 3+ years managing finance ERP/EPM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proven experience leading projects or small-to-medium teams (10-15 members) for 3+ years.
• Strong grasp of finance processes and best practices in accounting, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with finance functions, operating models, and core finance support.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct client workshops and articulate value propositions.
• Industry expertise in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Energy, Health, High-Tech, or Utilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Bonus points for:
• Knowledge of RPA, Applied Intelligence, or Machine Learning in Finance.
• Experience with FinTech solutions like Anaplan or Tableau.
• Proven track record in enhancing business engagement and development.
• Expertise in ERP implementations and familiarity with SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with finance-enabling technologies such as Blackline and Workiva.
• Experience in developing Finance Master Data strategies or managing financial reporting.
• An advanced degree like an MBA or accounting designation (CPA, CA, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation varies by factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. The anticipated salary range for this position is as follows:
• California: $94,400 to $293,800
• Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
• Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
• District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
• Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
• Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
• Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
• Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
• New York: $87,400 to $293,800
• New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
• Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
