Job Title: Credit Controller
We are seeking a skilled Financial Account Manager to join our team at Midas, working in Southport. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse range of financial accounts with varying credit limits.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication.
Utilize negotiation skills to collect overdue debt and minimize potential bad debt.
Evaluate customer spending habits within provided credit limits to ensure optimal business outcomes.
Making informed decisions regarding credit account management, including suspending or releasing accounts as needed.

Competitive salary up to £24,700 per annum (dependent on experience).
A quarterly bonus up to £400.
