Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
· Ensure timely and accurate data-entry with proper narration. Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
· Managing day-to-day Accounting & Finance activities including accurate data-entry with proper narration, Expert in Tally and Excel. Able to deal with accounting of a Pvt Ltd Company.
· Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, reconciliation statements.
· Preparation of MIS report Payables / Receivables, Cost Statements etc/Monthly Book Closing.
· Handling of Taxation Legal compliances & Liaoning including filling statutory returns of GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc. in time as per the law.
· Co-ordinate with Banks, Suppliers, Customers on Accounting matters and preparing necessary statements for Bank (FFR report, stock statement, working capital requirement etc.)
· Ensure all sorts of Audit (including internal, external, statutory) of Accounts and resolve audit queries.
· Preparing Monthly P&L, Quarterly Balance Sheet, Daily Cost-sheet, Cash Flow Statement etc.
Preparation of Books of Accounts up to Finalization.
· Monitor and provide update as regards Financial position to the Company and the Directors.
· Deduction and compliance of Staff Income Tax
· Oversee Stores Activities.
· TDS returns Preparation and Filing.
· Coordinating with Auditor for year-end audit.
· Supervises, analyzes and researches the implication of laws, legislation, etc., that may affect the organization & advises the organization so that there is minimum legal exposure and liability.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
