Financial Accountant

Altum are proud to be working with an award-winning PE backed, property developer with numerous high end developments across London in their search for a Financial Accountant. This role would suit a technically strong, Part Qualified Accountant looking to gain exposure in a busy finance team.
What you'll be doing:
• Take ownership over the accuracy and completeness of accruals and prepayments and prepare balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and prepayments.
• Ownership of certain working capital balance sheet reconciliations and lead on intercompany billing processes.
• Liaise with relevant individuals in the business and drive a stringent procurement process, including raising and reviewing purchase orders, providing coding guidance and supporting AP team and Procurement Manager on an ad hoc basis.
• Maintain a strong link to the FP&A team to support management reporting and budget processes.
What you'll be/have:
• Part qualified ACCA/CIMA equivalent
• Experience of month end close process (journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations)
• Use of accounting applications for posting journals, reporting, data validation
