Key Responsibilities Month-End & Financial Reporting
Process and reconcile monthly accounts
Prepare and post month-end and year-end journals
Assist with the preparation of monthly consolidated management reports
Conduct financial performance analysis
Cashflow & Treasury
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and prepare weekly cashflow reports
Coordinate internal funds transfers with international entities
Maintain FX rates and monitor revaluation impacts
Compliance & Tax
Prepare and lodge BAS returns and payroll tax filings
Support annual audit activities and insurance renewals
Accounts Support
Manage key customer accounts, including issuing credit notes and allocating payments
Act as backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable during periods of leave
Process & Systems Improvement
Identify opportunities for finance system enhancements
Support ongoing process improvements and internal reporting upgrades
What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance / CA or CPA
2–5 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role
Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Exposure to inventory-based businesses or manufacturing/distribution environments is a plus
High attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and a team-oriented attitude
