What You Will Do
Prepare advisers for 8-10 client meetings per week
Draft SOAs, ROAs, and file notes to compliance standards
Support plan implementation and client communication
Attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow ups
Learn the Aureus philosophy and client approach
We Will Measure Success By
8-10 meetings supported per week
2 SOAs or ROAs drafted weekly
100% compliance on documentation
Positive feedback from advisers and clients
Progress toward adviser competency milestones
