We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including data input.
• Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA) or equivalent required.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
