Job Description
This is a challenging and exciting role as Finance & Operations Associate, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the organization.
The successful candidate will have experience in financial accounting, with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Managing financial accounting and reporting, including sales, expenses, and compliances tracking.
• Coordinating with business teams to ensure accurate financial reports and records.
• Managing payment gateways and banks, along with accounting firms, to ensure timely reconciliations.
• Assisting the founder on various projects as needed.
• Tracking project deliverables of team members and assisting them in completing their tasks.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Resolving customer queries related to payments and refunds.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of financial accounting experience.
