Position Name - Finance Controller

The client is a disruptive, modern, and functional oral care brand for consumers in India and globally. Their idea is to elevate the oral care experiences of the consumers with their clean & effective products and educate people about how they can improve their oral health.
The client is a unique and innovative digital-first brand that is disrupting the oral care category. Launched in August 2021, the brand has grown 25 times in scale over the last 12 months. They are building holistic oral care solutions to elevate everyday oral care for Indian consumers. They raised a seed round of capital in June 2026 and are backed by marquee investors like Sauce.VC, Lotus Herbals Family Office, Shiprocket Ventures, and celebrated entrepreneurs.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance with the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and budgeting efforts.
• All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement best practices to make the Company’s financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.
• Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.
• Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS.
• Helping the organization in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds and due-diligence.
Qualification and Experience
• 2-4 years experience in startups/FMCG financial roles.
• Have a deep understanding of reconciliation and sales and can identify early risk indicators.
• A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders internally and external
