Job Title: Finance Head
Location: Head Office, Chhatarpur, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns on investments.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and optimize financial performance.
• Cost Management: Analyse costs and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, driving profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, overseeing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
• Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Financial Systems and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems and technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes.
• Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, external stakeholders, and financial institutions to provide insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance on financial matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant exposure to financial management in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, trends, and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and risk assessment techniques.
