**Exciting Opportunity: Head of Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations** We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial strategy, corporate finance, and investor relations, with a proven track record of managing teams and working with senior executives. • Location:** Delhi Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals. • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Lead investor relations, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. • Manage treasury operations, including cash management and risk mitigation. • Mentor and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations. • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. • Proficiency in financial software and investor relations tools. • 4+ years of relevant experience.
