Job Description
• To be responsible for leading all financial activities, assuring proper internal controls, and providing company direction on compliance.
• Overall responsibility for budgeting, reporting, audits, financial business practices, undertaken in compliance with industry standards, and ensuring the company is financially sound for meeting its business goals.
• To work out the funding requirements of the company and sourcing of funds at the optimum cost.
• To drive the company’s financial planning by preparing reliable current and forecasting reports.
• To control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
• Monitor banking activities of the organization.
• Supervise and manage all finance personnel.
• Ensure the compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Timely Calculation of wage, incentives and salaries of the staff.
• Build customer relation, etc..
