Job Description
• Optimize the management of Human Resources contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and departmental budgets.
• Develop, monitor, and report budget, contract, PO, invoice, and status with KPI's
• Participate in monthly financial/budget meetings with budget owner, finance, procurement and/or others as required
• Track contract, purchase orders, invoice payments and status, maintain budget worksheets to include actuals vs budgets, submit monthly accruals
• Onboard new vendors
• Manage contracting process
• Manage new vendor introduction by populating address, bank details, contact info, tax info, goods or services offered, risk assessment into SAP Ariba
• Create and manage POs and vendor master data (recurring and new)
• Collaborate with vendors to provide PO information and track/ensure invoices are applied to correct PO
• Correct and follow up for missing or blocked payments and approvals
• Provide timely support for invoice queries
• Drive root cause investigation of vendor issues
• Other finance admin tasks as required

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of years and education of directly related experience
Work Experience:
• 2 years’ experience in in Finance, Business, or related field
Other:
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• This position will be in Bangalore, India AGS
• This position will be required to be accessible during core United States business hours (5a-1p CT)
