As the Financial Crime Governance & Reporting Lead, you'll play a key role in:
Crafting high-quality governance reports for senior leadership, the Board, and regulators.
Leading the Financial Crime reporting cycle and dashboard insights.
Supporting risk assessments and control testing to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
Reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
Providing secretariat support for internal and external Host Responsibility meetings.
Mōu | About You
Proven experience in governance, risk management, and reporting—ideally in a highly regulated industry like gaming or financial services.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing for executive and board-level audiences.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Deep understanding of control testing techniques and risk frameworks.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
