About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Take finance classes for kids and teens (12-16 years).
2. Share class feedback with the team
Skills & requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or other related fields
2. Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
3. Prior experience in online teaching in school/ed-tech companies will be preferred
4. IELTS/TOEFL or similar course tutors can also apply
5. Candidates from CA, CS, M.Com, or finance backgrounds will have an added advantage
Fixed Incentive:
Rs. 10,000 per batch conducted. Only 50% will be paid if 1 class is missed. The definition of a batch is a 6-day class. In case the batch is smaller, the payout will be prorated.
Not eligible for any payout if more than 1 session is missed.
In case no session is allocated to you upto end-May by BrightChamps, you will get the Rs. 3,000 at the end of the period
