Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Teach students of various ages and skill levels in the subject of Financial Literacy through online live classes.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum that align with Indian state and national standards.
• Use technology to enhance instruction and engage students in interactive learning.
• Cover topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, credit, and debt management.
• Provide hands-on experience with financial tools and concepts.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Attend and participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities as required by the company.
• Be available for online classes as per the schedule provided by the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Teaching certification or experience teaching in a classroom setting - subjects like mathematics, economics, accounting etc.
• Experience using technology in the classroom.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and practices in India.
• Experience with teaching Financial Literacy or related subjects is a plus.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds is a plus.
• Strong passion for financial literacy and education is a plus.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching
