We are hiring a Financial Operations Executive from Pune to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, compliance, and payroll processing.
The ideal candidate from Pune must be skilled in accounting software, taxation rules, and financial reporting.
Location: Pune Maharashtra
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree
Experience: 1+ year in accounting jobs
Key Responsibilities as Financial Executive jobs in Pune:
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain cash flow records
• Generate invoices and follow up on payments
• Maintain accurate accounts in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings with external CA
• Support monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Process salaries, reimbursements, and vendor payments
• Help prepare annual budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements to Apply Accounting jobs in Pune:
• B.Com/M.Com or similar finance degree
• Minimum 1 year of accounting/finance experience from Pune.
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax laws
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
