What You'll Do
As the Complex Director of Finance, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence at the hotel. This includes analyzing financial data, creating budgets and forecasts, and identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Key Performance Indicators
Cash Flow Management: Timely preparation of monthly financial statements and management of receivables, payables, cash balances, and control mechanisms.
Financial Reporting: Accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls, including purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, payroll, and employee records.
