Job Summary:
Financial Operations Specialist
- In their support of the Operations Team, the Financial Operations Specialist should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, maintain knowledge and understanding of LOCG LLC and its products, consistently develop and grow system software knowledge, and exhibit leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.

- Skilled in developing process documentation.
- Skilled in collaborating with team members to ensure a general understanding of the agency financial systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English ability.
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Financial Operations Specialist is to successfully manage the daily financial operations of LOCG LLC.
- This includes overseeing the financial processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
- The Financial Operations Specialist will manage billing, integrating expenses, and ensuring timely financial reporting - partnering with other teams to:
- Monitor and improve financial processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure quality control for end-of-month invoicing.
- Manage reconciliation of invoices.
- Ensure that bills received by LOCG LLC are promptly and accurately passed through to clients, maintaining efficiency and precision in the billing process.
- Quality control expense reporting information across multiple products.
- Develop a standardized way of developing pricing for products based on scope.
- The Financial Operations Specialist works closely with all internal teams.
- An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Financial Operations Specialist must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities, as well as finding efficiencies and revamping processes.
