Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance the team's skills and abilities
Analyze and appraise sales methods, costs, and results to optimize portfolio performance
Facilitate project reviews and checkpoint meetings to ensure seamless execution
Produce reports on portfolio and projects using key performance indicators
Elevate issues that threaten portfolio and project success to drive prompt resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Four or more years of experience in financial planning and investment, with a proven track record of success
Certification in good standing, such as CFA, CFP, or CAIA
In-depth knowledge of securities, insurance, and mutual fund industries
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information with personal integrity
Proficiency with financial planning software to streamline processes
