Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage sales through the bancassurance channel with multiple branches of banks assigned.
• Achieve pre-set business targets by initiating from the designated branches.
• Meet Customers of the Bank for Leads generated for insurance cross-selling.
• Work jointing with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan.
• Meet customers within and outside the Branch as and when required to develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
Candidates Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream
• A proven track record of sales and marketing in any sectors
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong Negotiation Skills
