Job Description
As a Derivative/Investment Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting activities including Mark to Market (MTM) booking, accrual, amortization accounting, revenue booking, Impairment, allowances, and Profit & loss reporting. You must have experience in accounting for derivatives such as swaps, futures, options, and forwards. Additionally, you will handle accounting for fixed income securities, bonds, and other derivatives. Your duties will also involve monthly and quarterly closing activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in Mark to Market (MTM) accounting, accruals, and amortization
- Proficiency in accounting for derivatives like swaps, futures, options, and forwards
- Knowledge of fixed income, bonds, and other derivative products
- Familiarity with SEC Reporting, STAT reporting, US GAAP, IFRS reporting, and 10Q/10K reporting
