Technical project around integration of an acquisition. 6 -+ months contract Client Details An exciting opportunity for a Financial & Reporting professional (with acquisition experience) for a large established business. Description Lead on the financial reporting and accounting integration of an acquisition. Lead key projects such as adoption of IFRS15 and IFRS16 Supported by external advisers, establish fair value of net assets acquired, and prepare acquisition notes to the financial statements. Take leadership role in guiding the Financial reporting function to achieve the audit timetable. Ensuring comprehensive accountability for monthly balance sheet reconciliation and governance and control, over the acquisition balance sheet. Manage technical and accounting areas Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes Manage Cash flow position, short and long term, collaborating with wider teams Manage Capex spend approvals and compliance Lead the audit process, collaborating with the wider group and finance team Manage external relationships with banks, auditors and advisers. Profile ACA/ ACCA qualification. Acquisition experience. Strong technical accounting skill set. Strong interpersonal skills, to work with a number of stakeholders. Job Offer A salary of circa £85,000 - £+0,000 or a day rate option (subject to IR35 assessment). Contract of circa 6 -months. Hybrid Working
