As a Financial Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by adopting a positive relationship-based approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers directly, having needs-based conversations
• Manage them through the associated property purchasing journey
• Provide support to more junior solutions and service staff for complex customer needs
Requirements
Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguitySound understanding of compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
